At the 20th Communist Party Congress, China's autocrat Xi Jinping confronted the world public with his country's global ambitions. China's "power play" for global dominance will intensify significantly in the coming years.
At the same time, China is creating its own economic and technological hemisphere, which strategically challenges the West (especially the USA).
